Oliver has had more than thirty years of involvement in the Canadian minerals industry. He was the Chairman of Fronteer Gold & Aurora Energy and is a past director and co-founder of Southern Cross Resources and Pangea Goldfields. Oliver is currently a director of CGX Energy and Teranga Gold Corp.

Martin Ackland B App Sc (Prim.Met.) - Non-Executive Director

Martin is a qualified metallurgist and has spent over forty years in the resources industry in a variety of roles that involved the creation of major resource groups from small capital bases. He was formerly Chairman of Ausenco Limited, a director and Chairman of Lodestone Energy, a director of Ticor Limited (formerly Minproc Holdings Limited). His experience ranges from project development to financing and capital raising in both the project and corporate areas. Martin is currently an executive director of Mineral Deposits Limited, Chairman of XDM Resources Limited, and a director of Pacific Porphyry (SI) Limited, Eastern Porphyry (SI) Limited.

Michael Johnston BSc (Geol.), MSc - Non-Executive Director

Mike is a qualified geologist with over twenty years of Asia- Pacific geological experience. He spent eleven years with Placer Dome as Technical Service Manager of the giant Porgera Gold Mine, and then as General Manager Exploration for Asia Pacific. Prior to this he worked with Ross Mining, Cracow, Beta Gold and Mineral Resources. Mike joined Nautilus Minerals as the Vice President of Corporate Development after the Barrick takeover of Placer.

Dr. Mark O'Dea Ph.D., P.Geo - Non-Executive Director

Mark has more than twenty years involvement in the global minerals industry. He was President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Fronteer Gold and founder, President and CEO of Aurora Energy Resources. Mark is currently Chairman of Pilot Gold and a director of Laurentian Goldfields. Mark is a Professional Geologist with a B. Sc. (Hons.) degree from Carleton University and a Ph.D. in structural geology from Monash University, Australia (1996).
