• Experience in management of drilling programs and contractors.
• Computer literacy including spreadsheet, and word processing.
• Experience in using GIS and resource modelling software.
• Experience in supervising field teams in challenging environments.
• Exploration targeting / programme design in epithermal / porphyry systems using structure, alteration, geochemistry, geology, and geophysics.
• Business / Personnel Management training skills and staff development.
