Rob Devereux - Interim CEO

Rob Devereux has stepped in as the interim CEO for the XDM group of companies following the departure of Mark Haywood.

Rob joins the company with over 30 years of practical experience leading and developing mineral companies from exploration through to mining and has been involved in the IPO’s of a number of companies on Australian and international exchanges. Rob was the Managing Director of Sedimentary Holdings during the discovery and development of the Cracow gold deposit in Queensland.

Kevin Feeney C.A. - Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary

Kevin is a Chartered Accountant and comes to XDM with over 30 years experience building and growing companies from a strategic, operational, and financial standpoint. Highlights of Kevin’s career include strategic roles at Noront Resources (TSX:V:NOT), Sun Life Financial Corporation, Labatt Breweries of Canada, Trimark Financial Corporation and Royal Trust Company.
