Mark Haywood BE (Mining) Hons, LLB - President, Chief Executive Officer & Director

Mark is responsible for managing the XDM group's four companies, XDM Resources Inc., XDM Resources Limited, Pacific Porphyry (SI) Limited and Eastern Porphyry (SI) Limited. He was Mine Manager at one of the largest copper mines in Asia before joining the company in early 2006 with over 22 years of Mining Industry experience gained from the Solomon Islands, PNG, Ghana, Guinea, Myanmar and Australia. Mark holds Bachelor degrees in both Mining Engineering and Law, and is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM).

Paul Haber C.A., C.P.A. (Illinois) - Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Secretary

Paul is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Accountant with over 16 years experience building and growing companies from a strategic, operational and financial standpoint. He is familiar with reporting on TSX and TSX.V having worked for Leitch Technology Corp (TSX: LTV), Protana Inc., and QuStream Corp. (TSX.V: QVC). Paul is also a director of South American Silver Corp., High Desert Gold Corp., IND Diarytech Ltd., and CRS Electronics Inc.

Patrick Manouge BSc (Geology) - Country Manager (Solomon Islands)

Pat has over 17 years experience in exploration and mining geology. He has worked on projects through all stages, from project generation and greenfields exploration, resource delineation, to open pit and underground mining in Australia, Latin America, and Africa in both field geology and management roles. Pat has a wealth of experience in the management of exploration programmes and a strong understanding of porphyry-epithermal mineralising systems, predominantly gained as the Exploration Manager for Azure Minerals Limited in Mexico. Pat is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (AIG) and the Society of Economic Geologists (SEG).
