Mark Haywood BE (Mining) Hons, LLB - President, Chief Executive Officer & Director

Mark is responsible for managing the XDM group's four companies, XDM Resources Inc., XDM Resources Limited, Pacific Porphyry (SI) Limited and Eastern Porphyry (SI) Limited. He was Mine Manager at one of the largest copper mines in Asia before joining the company in early 2006 with over 17 years of Mining Industry experience gained from the Solomon Islands, PNG, Ghana, Guinea, Myanmar and Australia. Mark holds Bachelor degrees in both Mining Engineering and Law, and is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM).

Tony Schreck B App Sc, Grad Dip Sc - Chief Geoscientist

Tony has over 17 years of greenfields and brownfields gold exploration and environmental geology in Australia and the South Pacific. He is highly knowledgeable in the copper-gold mineralisation associated with porphyry-epithermal systems having worked for Normandy Mining, North Flinders Mines and Dominion Mining. Tony is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (AIG).

Baoro Koraua B.Bus, CPA - General Manager (Solomon Islands)

Baoro is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) with more than 25 years of accounting, finance, logistics and project experience. He was educated in Honiara and Australia (Bachelor of Business), and has worked for various international airlines and businesses including Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and the European Union. With previous General Management experience, Baoro is also a Solomon Islander with an extensive knowledge and experience of the region.
